Harvey is seeking a Certifications & Credential Manager to design and scale their customer education program. You'll be responsible for the vision and execution of Harvey Academy, contributing to the company's mission of transforming legal and professional services.

What you'll do
As the Certifications & Credential Manager, you will lead the development of Harvey Academy, focusing on creating a robust certification and credentialing program. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that the educational content aligns with the company's offerings and customer needs.
You will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for the certification program — this includes identifying key competencies, developing assessment criteria, and ensuring that the program meets industry standards. Your role will involve continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
