What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining Harvey's Help Center, which serves as the primary knowledge resource for customers. You will collaborate with the Customer Education team to create content that addresses common user questions and challenges. Your work will involve optimizing existing content to ensure it remains relevant and useful, as well as identifying gaps where new content is needed. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and insights that inform your content strategy.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the Help Center is user-friendly and accessible, making it easy for customers to find the information they need. Your contributions will help shape the overall customer experience and support Harvey's mission to transform how legal and professional services operate.
