You have a strong background in customer education and program management, with experience in designing and implementing certification programs. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vision and execution of Harvey Academy, focusing on the development of formal certification and credentialing programs. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that the educational content aligns with the product's features and benefits. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the certification offerings.

You will also lead initiatives to promote the certification programs, engaging with customers to drive participation and enhance their experience with Harvey's products. Your role will involve creating educational materials, organizing training sessions, and facilitating workshops to support customer learning.
