You are adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality. Your passion for education and commitment to continuous improvement drive you to seek innovative solutions that enhance the learning journey for customers.

Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus, as it provides you with a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Harvey Academy's certification and credentialing program, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials that cover essential topics and skills relevant to our customers.

You will be responsible for establishing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the certification program, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements. Engaging with customers to gather feedback and assess their learning experiences will be a critical part of your role, allowing you to refine the program based on real-world input.

You will also work with marketing to promote the certification program, ensuring that potential customers are aware of the value it brings and how it can enhance their experience with Harvey's products.
