This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to bridge technical and stakeholder needs.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a background in program management and are skilled at coordinating complex projects across multiple teams. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure that systems run smoothly and that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals. Your ability to translate technical requirements into clear plans makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You thrive in environments where you can build deeper ownership and technical context over time, and you appreciate the unique perspectives that each team member brings to the table.

You are comfortable working with learning management systems (LMS) and have experience in managing educational programs. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively liaise between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding project timelines and deliverables. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the educational experience for users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the systems that power Klaviyo Academy, including the LMS and data reporting tools. Your responsibilities will include coordinating work across teams, ensuring that educational programs are implemented clearly and consistently, and acting as a bridge between stakeholder teams and technical teams. You will help translate learning and program needs into clear technical requirements, guiding stakeholders through the execution process and helping them understand trade-offs and system constraints.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the health of the platforms used in the Academy ecosystem, ensuring that they are functioning optimally and addressing any issues that arise. Your role will require you to maintain a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the systems you manage, allowing you to provide informed guidance to both technical and non-technical team members. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration and alignment among teams, helping to create a cohesive and effective educational program.
