What you'll do

As the Director of Product for Admin Governance at Harvey, you will own the strategy for the admin persona, focusing on identity management, governance, and security controls. You will lead the development of features that enhance the platform's trustworthiness and scalability, ensuring that it meets the needs of global, security-sensitive clients.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product features.

You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, regularly reviewing performance data to inform future strategies.
