You have experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Solutions Engineer or similar position, where you've acted as a trusted advisor to clients. Your strong communication skills enable you to influence decisions through effective presentations and technical engagements, ensuring that customers understand the value of the solutions you propose. You are adept at understanding customer journeys and can design tailored solutions that align with their strategic priorities.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and growth. What you'll do
As a Resident Solutions Engineer at HashiCorp, you will partner closely with sales executives to support the entire customer journey.
