Overview
Hatch is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to own high-value accounts and close deals that drive customer engagement. You'll work closely with SDRs and leadership to execute a focused pipeline strategy. This position requires 2-4+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS, preferably in AI or MarTech. You have a proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals and are comfortable owning complex deal cycles while engaging with senior decision-makers. Your strong collaboration skills make you a partner to SDRs, not a lone wolf, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment.
You are based in New York City or Boston, or you are willing to relocate for this hybrid role. You enjoy the challenge of building a repeatable playbook for overachievement and are motivated by consistently hitting and exceeding quotas. You are strategic in your approach, willing to travel for key customer meetings and industry events, and you understand the importance of in-person collaboration with sales leadership.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle across both inbound and outbound opportunities. You will partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership to execute a focused, high-quality pipeline strategy that drives customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include consistently hitting and exceeding quota, building a repeatable playbook for overachievement, and strategically traveling for key customer meetings and industry events. You will work in person with sales leadership approximately 50-70% of the time, ensuring that you are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
