What you'll do

In this role, you will own and implement the growth strategy for an entire state, focusing on launching new markets for Traba and expanding existing ones. You will prospect, meet with, and close partnerships with warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. You will act as an advocate for Traba's brand, representing our mission to enhance the productivity of the industrial supply chain. You will collaborate closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our clients and workers. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our strategies and improve our services. You will be responsible for tracking your progress and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of your initiatives. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company.
