Your ability to engage with customers using a variety of outbound tactics will be crucial as you work closely with the sales team to identify and book productive conversations. You are eager to learn and advance within the revenue team at Hatch or beyond, showcasing your ambition and drive.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work with our sales team to identify, source, and book productive conversations with business owners as well as marketing and sales executives. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers through various outbound tactics and leveraging a Go-To-Market tech stack to drive revenue efficiently. You will also contribute to establishing strategies and best practices within our Sales Development Representative team, ensuring that you not only meet but exceed your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed.
You will be based at Hatch's sales headquarters in Boston, MA, and this is an in-person role. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of Hatch's AI communications platform, which enables over 1,100 customers to respond in real-time to inquiries. As part of a mission-driven company, you will help shape the future of AI-driven customer service while building alongside founders and leaders who value speed, ownership, and ambition.
