What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Provider Experience at Headway, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to building technology that transforms mental healthcare access. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to define and prioritize features that enhance the user experience for both therapists and patients.

You will conduct regular one-on-ones with your team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback on their performance and career development. You will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring that they are integrated into the team and aligned with Headway's mission. Your role will require you to stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve team processes and technology.
