Overview

Headway is seeking a Director of Patient Growth Marketing to build a growth engine for scaling patient acquisition. You'll be responsible for developing creative systems and tools to drive results. This role requires strong leadership and marketing expertise.

You have a proven track record in growth marketing, ideally with experience in the healthcare or technology sectors. Your ability to build and lead teams is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition. You understand the nuances of digital marketing and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to think creatively and push boundaries.

You are passionate about making mental healthcare accessible to everyone and are motivated by the mission of improving patient outcomes. Your experience in scaling marketing efforts will be invaluable as you work to establish Headway as a leader in the mental health space. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Desirable

Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the mental health landscape. You may have a background in analytics or data-driven marketing, which will help you measure the success of your initiatives effectively. A network of contacts in the healthcare industry could also be beneficial as you seek to expand Headway's reach.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive growth strategy that focuses on patient acquisition. You will work closely with the General Manager of Patient to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with potential patients, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as they create engaging content and innovative marketing materials. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and patient feedback to refine strategies and ensure that Headway remains competitive in the mental health space. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and patient needs.

As the first senior growth marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing function at Headway. You will establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership. Your insights will help drive strategic decisions and influence the direction of the company.
