AuditBoard is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with high-revenue clients. You'll focus on accounts with $15B+ in revenue, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a results-driven mindset.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of working with high-revenue clients and can navigate complex organizational structures. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
You are results-driven and motivated by achieving targets. You have experience in the audit, risk, or InfoSec sectors, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced by your clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable working with sensitive data and understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance in your role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a dedicated territory of named accounts, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with clients that generate significant revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Engineering, to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the execution of initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
You will be at the forefront of fostering meaningful growth and long-term partnerships with clients, leveraging your expertise to provide insights and recommendations that align with their business objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance, preparing reports, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, ensuring that AuditBoard remains a leader in the market.
