What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing drivers, providing training and development to ensure they meet operational standards. You will oversee vehicle maintenance, conducting weekly checks and ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition. Your role will involve monitoring driver compliance with operational guidelines through GPS tracking tools, ensuring that all activities align with company policies. You will also handle incident management and oversee the collection of fees and fines related to driver contracts. Your direct involvement on the ground will be crucial to the success of the fleet operations.
