You are dedicated to ensuring that all outbound pallets are staged correctly and loaded according to carrier specifications. What you'll do

As a Logistics QC Operative, you will be responsible for the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. You will check the quality and accuracy of all incoming goods, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. You will carry out routine checks, including temperature monitoring and probe calibration, to maintain high standards of food safety. You will report any food safety and quality issues immediately, following the internal escalation process to ensure effective communication with your line manager.

You will actively participate in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols. You will be responsible for your own health and safety as well as that of your colleagues. You will report incidents promptly and raise any health and safety concerns to your line manager. Your role will involve basic problem-solving activities, and you will escalate issues to the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team when necessary. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of the logistics operation at HelloFresh.
