What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping Earnin's total rewards philosophy, focusing on creating a competitive and transparent compensation structure. Your responsibilities will include managing equity administration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits and equity options.
