What you'll do

As the Regional Manager for the West, you will own the end-to-end performance across three HelloFresh Delivery Network sites, ensuring that safety, service, and cost standards are met consistently. You will act as the senior operational lead for the region, accountable for the performance of delivery operations, and will work closely with planning and central teams to ensure routes are executable and efficiently delivered.

Your role will involve overseeing final mile delivery operations, from box handover and van loading through to route execution. You will drive delivery accuracy and service reliability, ensuring that customer experience remains a top priority across all sites. You will also play a key role in expanding capability and preparing sites for growth, embedding standards that align with HelloFresh's operational practices.
