What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the employment life cycle data management, handling tasks such as onboarding, contract processing, and job detail changes. You will also assist in talent acquisition by managing candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Your responsibilities will extend to time registration and expense administration, ensuring that all employee benefits data is accurately maintained in the system. You will play a crucial role in document management related to employee performance and training, contributing to the overall success of the team.
