Overview

Who you are

You have a strong background in business development, particularly in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with C-level executives at large advertisers and media agencies. Your experience includes creating tailored retail media joint business plans that meet the needs of your partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with global and local teams to drive growth and innovation. You understand the importance of monetizing both physical and digital advertising spaces and are passionate about positioning HelloFresh as a leader in Retail Media Networks.

You are adaptable and open to diverse experiences, believing that there are many ways to develop skills. You are eager to learn and grow within the role, even if you don’t meet every requirement listed. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and pitch effectively will be key to your success in this position.

What you'll do

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the UK Marketing Team, focusing on monetizing HelloFresh’s advertising space. You will develop and nurture strategic partnerships, working to build and manage relationships with key agencies and advertisers. Your responsibilities will include identifying, pitching, and securing new retail media partnerships to expand revenue streams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including procurement and growth partnerships, to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

You will support and report into the Global Retail Media team based in Amsterdam, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. Your role will involve creating compelling value propositions that resonate with partners and drive revenue growth. You will actively contribute to the innovation and growth strategies that position HelloFresh as a leader in the market.
