What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with leaders at Hermeus to ensure that HR operations run smoothly at the Atlanta site. You will support team structure and performance management, driving efficiency and supporting growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance, and fostering an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will be involved in organizational planning and will play a key role in enhancing team dynamics and performance. You will also be responsible for implementing HR best practices and ensuring that the HR function supports the overall mission of the company.
