What you'll do

As the Configuration Management & CAD Standards Lead at Hermeus, you will own the standards and processes that govern engineering releases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all engineering documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for consumption across all operations. You will develop and implement configuration management plans that align with the company's digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with engineering teams to establish best practices for CAD standards, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and quality standards. Your role will involve conducting regular audits and reviews of engineering releases to verify compliance with established processes and standards.

In addition, you will lead training sessions for engineering and operations teams to promote understanding and adherence to configuration management practices. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members as they navigate the complexities of product lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
