You have a strong background in configuration management and CAD standards, with experience in leading teams to establish and maintain engineering processes. Your expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and NX allows you to ensure that product definitions are accurate and compliant with industry standards. You understand the importance of a reliable digital thread from engineering through operations, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results that support the rapid design and build of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and compliance. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the organization's goals. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices.
Desirable
Experience working directly with the Department of Defense or in a defense-related industry is a plus. What you'll do
As the Configuration Management & CAD Standards Lead at Hermeus, you will own the standards and processes that govern engineering releases. You will develop and implement configuration management plans that align with the company's digital transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with engineering teams to establish best practices for CAD standards, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and quality standards. In addition, you will lead training sessions for engineering and operations teams to promote understanding and adherence to configuration management practices.
