What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Hibu's Inside Sales team, connecting with small and medium-sized businesses across the nation. Your primary responsibility will be to identify client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions that drive real results. You will engage with prospects through various channels, including strategic calls and social outreach, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of Hibu's offerings.
You will also be responsible for closing deals and driving revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their businesses through strategic marketing initiatives. In this position, you will continuously learn about Hibu's products and tools, staying sharp in a competitive environment where collaboration and celebrating wins with your team are key.

In your first year, you can expect on-target earnings of $50–60K+, with average earnings in your second year reaching $71.8K+ and significant upside potential.
