Who you are
You have a knack for building relationships and a strong instinct for sales — your previous experience in generating a new business pipeline through outbound prospecting has equipped you with the skills to navigate multifamily organizations and identify decision makers. You understand the importance of making a positive first impression and are committed to ensuring that potential customers view Zumper favorably from the very first contact. Your strong communication skills allow you to cultivate relationships effectively, guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process until the deal is handed off to the Account Executive Team.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Zumper, you will be at the forefront of our mission to change the way people rent. Your primary responsibility will be to seek out new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential customers. You will develop relationships with these prospects, ensuring that they have a positive experience with Zumper. Your role will involve identifying key decision makers within multifamily organizations and generating new selling opportunities that align with our business goals. You will work closely with our quota-carrying Account Executive Team to ensure a smooth handoff process, contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.
