Who you are
You are a strategic and creative marketer with a strong background in social media and community engagement. You have experience in developing and executing organic social strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Your ability to tell authentic stories and engage with audiences sets you apart in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with teams in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and People Operations. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers, turning them into active participants in Hibu's growth.
You have a proven track record of managing community programs that foster peer-to-peer connections and advocacy. You understand the importance of reputation management and are skilled at leveraging customer voices and trusted third-party signals to enhance brand credibility.
Desirable
Experience with ambassador programs and influencer marketing is a plus. You are familiar with metrics that measure engagement and success in social media campaigns, and you are comfortable using analytics tools to inform your strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and help grow Hibu's organic social and community engagement initiatives. You will support the execution of the organic social strategy across priority platforms, driving awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will assist in building community programs that encourage peer-to-peer connection and learning among key customer segments.
You will help design and launch an ambassador program, activating customers, industry experts, and creators to generate advocacy and referrals. Your responsibilities will also include supporting influencer and creator initiatives by identifying relevant voices and facilitating their involvement in Hibu's marketing efforts.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that social and community efforts contribute meaningfully to brand credibility and pipeline engagement. Your role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
