Who you are
You are a strategic and creative marketer with a strong background in social media and community engagement. You have experience in developing and executing organic social strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Your ability to craft authentic storytelling and foster peer-to-peer engagement sets you apart in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
You understand the importance of reputation management and have successfully built ambassador programs that activate customers and industry influencers. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and People teams, ensuring that your efforts contribute to long-term growth and brand credibility.
Desirable
Experience with community building and managing online platforms is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and effectiveness of social strategies will enhance your contributions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and help grow Hibu's organic social and community programs. You will support the execution of the organic social strategy across priority platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include building and running community programs that foster connections and advocacy among key customer segments.
You will help design and launch an ambassador program that activates customers, industry experts, and creators to generate advocacy and referrals. Additionally, you will support influencer initiatives by identifying relevant voices and facilitating their participation in Hibu's growth efforts. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how Hibu engages with its audience and strengthens its brand presence across various channels.
