Who you are
You are a strategic and creative marketer with a strong background in organic social media and community engagement. You have experience in building and evolving programs that foster peer-to-peer connections and advocacy, and you understand the importance of authentic storytelling in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and People to ensure cohesive brand messaging and engagement strategies.
You possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, and you are adept at leveraging these channels to drive engagement and traffic. Your experience includes designing and launching community programs that connect customers and industry influencers, creating a vibrant ecosystem of advocates and brand ambassadors. You are comfortable analyzing data to inform your strategies and measure the success of your initiatives.
Desirable
Experience with influencer marketing and managing ambassador programs is a plus. You are familiar with tools and platforms that facilitate community engagement and reputation management, and you have a knack for identifying and activating relevant voices in the industry to enhance brand credibility.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute the organic social strategy across priority platforms, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will assist in building community programs that foster connections among key customer segments, including private groups and webinars. Your responsibilities will also include designing and launching an ambassador program that activates customers and industry experts to generate advocacy and referrals.
You will support influencer and creator initiatives by identifying relevant voices and helping to coordinate their involvement in campaigns. Your work will contribute to strengthening Hibu's brand presence across social platforms, communities, and review sites. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all efforts align with the company's growth objectives and contribute meaningfully to brand credibility and pipeline engagement.
