What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that help them grow their businesses.
You will participate in ongoing training and support, ensuring you stay updated on the latest sales techniques and product offerings. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and you will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance. What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive compensation structure with year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000, and year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000-$120,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You will receive a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are well-supported in your role.
