You value comprehensive training and support, as Hibu provides three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that help them succeed in their marketing efforts.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your sales performance, with on-target earnings projected to be between $85,000-$95,000 in your first year and potentially increasing to $100,000-$120,000 in your second year. You will receive ongoing support from the company, ensuring you have the tools and resources necessary to excel in your role. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, which celebrates top performers.
