What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote and sell digital marketing solutions. You will leverage your training to understand client needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly. Your role will involve conducting presentations, building relationships, and closing sales to meet your targets.
You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This comprehensive approach ensures you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have access to ongoing support from your team and management, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Your responsibilities will include tracking your sales activities, managing your pipeline, and reporting on your progress. You will be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including the chance to participate in the annual Presidentβs Club Trip. What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with the potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You can expect year-one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings in subsequent years.
