What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to help small businesses succeed by providing them with tailored digital marketing solutions.
You will have the opportunity to grow your own book of business and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management. You will perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 and year two on-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000. We provide best-in-class training to set you up for success in your sales career.
