What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta. You will receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. Your responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, conducting presentations, and closing deals to meet your sales targets.
You will enjoy a clear career path with high potential for promotions, and you will be recognized for your achievements through incentives such as an annual Presidentβs Club Trip. Your role will involve collaborating with a supportive team and leveraging ongoing companywide support to enhance your sales strategies and techniques.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be between $90,000-$110,000 in your first year and $106,000-$125,000 in your second year. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you have the support you need.
