You enjoy building strong client relationships across a variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You are ready to perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. Your role will involve performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, allowing you to demonstrate the value of Hibu's offerings.
Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work within a wide variety of industries. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact on your clients' businesses.
What we offer
Hibu provides a supportive environment where you can thrive in your sales career. You will receive comprehensive training to set you up for success, along with the opportunity to earn competitive on-target earnings in your first year between $90,000 and $100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, on-target earnings can increase to between $100,000 and $120,000.
