What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role and achieve your sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition through incentives and participate in company events, such as the annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $46,000 with the potential for significant earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You can expect on-target earnings of $90,000 to $100,000 in your first year, with the possibility of increasing to $105,000 to $125,000 in your second year.
