What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook to provide value to your clients. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to meet your sales targets.

You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role. You will also benefit from ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your sales techniques and strategies. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including the opportunity to participate in the annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $43,000 with the potential for significant earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You can expect on-target earnings of $90,000-$100,000 in your first year, with the possibility of earning even more in subsequent years.
