What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to clients. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that drive their business growth. Your role will involve both prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to prepare you for success in your role. You will work closely with a supportive team and have access to ongoing company-wide resources to help you excel in your sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, managing your sales pipeline, and collaborating with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance customer engagement.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000 with the potential for significant earnings through commissions, with on-target earnings in the first year ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
