What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage with business owners to present various services, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Your role will involve cold calling and prospecting to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments.

You will work to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients across various industries. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, making each day different and rewarding.

What we offer

Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, and year two on-target earnings between $100,000 and $120,000.
