What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their goals. Your role will involve building relationships and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales growth.

You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your position. You will also have access to ongoing company-wide support to help you navigate challenges and seize opportunities in the field.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are well-supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000-122,000 in your second year.
