What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management.
You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's digital marketing solutions. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, and you will work closely with a diverse range of businesses. Hibu offers a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home while also engaging in fieldwork. You will receive best-in-class training to help you excel in your role and achieve your sales targets.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $56,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $110,000 and $120,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement.
