What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage your training and support to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings, which include partnerships with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve both in-person meetings and remote work, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $90,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, and you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and growth.
