What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales efforts. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $102,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, you can expect total on-target earnings ranging from $105,000 to $125,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as expense allowances and mileage reimbursement.
