What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed. You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing companywide support and recognition programs, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year, increasing to between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as expense allowances and mileage reimbursement.
