What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings and helping them understand the value of the services provided. Your role will involve building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills needed to succeed in sales and help you achieve your earnings potential. You will also have access to ongoing company-wide support to ensure your continued growth and success in the role.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $102,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, total on-target earnings can range from $105,000 to $125,000, reflecting your success and dedication.
In addition to a competitive salary, Hibu provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage. You will also receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are supported in your role.
