What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that allows you to build long-term relationships with clients. You will receive top-notch training and ongoing support to ensure you have the tools you need to win in your sales career. You will work closely with your local team, collaborating to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes together.
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with first-year on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, alongside a base salary of $51,000. Hibu values flexibility and work-life balance, providing a clear career path in both leadership and sales.
