You are comfortable with cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes offering services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's solutions can benefit their businesses.
You will grow your own book of business by establishing strong client relationships and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through effective account management. Your role will involve cold calling business owners and identifying opportunities to set appointments, ensuring that you are consistently meeting your sales targets.

What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $100,000 and $110,000, and year two on-target earnings between $110,000 and $130,000. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
