What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have access to ongoing company-wide support to ensure your continued growth and success.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in recognition and incentive programs, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers. You will be part of a community-focused organization that values its employees and encourages career advancement through clear paths in both leadership and sales.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, and in your second year from $104,000 to $122,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring that you are well taken care of.
