What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to clients. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that drive their business success. You will receive best-in-class training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role.
You will work closely with your team and receive ongoing support from the company, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also participate in recognition programs and have the chance to earn rewards for your performance.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with first-year earnings projected between $85,000 and $95,000, and second-year earnings between $100,000 and $115,000.
