What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation in a hybrid sales environment, which includes both home office and in-field work. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets. You will also benefit from ongoing company-wide support and recognition for your achievements, including incentives like an annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
