What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet your sales targets. You will also have ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and performance. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
