What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage your training to understand the best-in-class digital marketing offerings available through partnerships with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, and you will have a clear career path for advancement in both leadership and sales.
