What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote and sell digital marketing solutions. You will leverage your training to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that drive results. Your role will involve conducting in-person meetings, building relationships, and following up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate. You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to grow significantly in your first two years. Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, setting and achieving sales goals, and collaborating with team members to share best practices and strategies. You will be recognized for your achievements and have the chance to participate in incentive programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip.
